Missouri Fire Fighters and First Responders Endorse Sam Page for Lt. Governor

"On behalf of the nearly 6,000 Missouri Fire Fighters, EMS Workers, 911 Dispatchers, and Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys represented by the Missouri State Council of Fire Fighters, we are pleased to inform you that the State Council has endorsed your candidacy for Missouri Lieutenant Governor. Your caring attitude and record of service towards the citizens of Missouri have earned our highest endorsement," wrote Sherwood L. Smith, President of the Missouri State Council of Fire Fighters.

"The endorsement of the State Council of Firefighters," said Dr. Page, "highlights a recognition of the forged brotherhood between Doctors and First Responders and our joint dedication to public safety in times of emergency."

"Our Firefighters and EMS workers are heroes who are too often overlooked," said Page. "They play a vital role in the security of our people, our homes and our neighborhoods. I appreciate the support from such a decent, dedicated group of Missourians."

First elected to the Missouri House in 2002, Representative Sam Page is a Medical Doctor who earned his medical degree at the University of Missouri, Kansas City and now represents parts of Creve Coeur, Town and Country, and unincorporated St. Louis County. He is seeking the Democratic nomination for Lt. Governor.
